Payroll Officer

Job Description

Manage payroll processes, prepare payroll calculations and ensure the completeness and correctness of the payroll process within a timeline.
Responsible for time attendance records, social security, provident fund, personal income tax and others.
Prepare monthly reports (Social security, personal income tax, overtime report, PND1) and yearly reports (W/H 50, PND91, PND95, PND1K and tax certificate) within time frames.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
0-3 years experiences in Payroll function (New Graduate are Welcome).
Good command in English and computer literacy.
Able to work well under deadlines pressure.
Familiar with payroll software (would be an advantage).
